This course empowers Year 10 students to develop foundations in leadership skills and transition into peer leaders by designing and delivering a learning experience for Year 5 students. Through experiential learning and interdisciplinary connections, students will enhance their leadership skills, knowledge, capacity and understanding. They will also develop facilitation, decision making, risk management and communication skills.
