CALVERT, William Joseph (1925-2016)
William Joseph Calvert became a boarder at College from 16 February 1939 to December 1943. He had been a pupil at Dondongadale State School. He earned Swimming Colours, was a member of the 2nd Football XVIII and CQMS in the Cadet Corps in 1943.
He served as a gunner with 2/12th Field Regiment at Labuan in North Borneo during World War II. Bill of Banora Point, NSW, aged 90 years, died on 22 April 2016.
