DOUGLAS, Graham Francis (1930-2015)
Born on 13 October 1930, Graham was educated at College from January 1944 to May 1946 before re-entering in 1947 until December. Prior to boarding at College he studied with a private tutor. Graham rowed in the College 2nd VIII of 1947.
He became a grazier and cattle breeder near Ballarat after leaving School, returning to study to gain a BEc from Latrobe University in 1980. An involved community member, Graham was a member of the Royal Society of Arts, and the University of the Third Age tutoring in Russian, Medieval, and Ancient History. He was also a member of the National Trust, Friends of Mooramong and the Ballarat Turf Club.
He died, age 84 years, on 10 March 2015.
