John Frederick Flanagan, real estate agent and artist attended Newtown State School and then Geelong College from 3 February 1966 to December 1970. His address at enrolment was 9 Pescott St, Newton, Geelong.
John worked in Geelong for Haydens Real Estate but later moved to the Gold Coast where he established a successful career as ‘Kactus Jack’. He returned to Geelong in about 2011. He died on 17 October 2015.
