JACKSON, David Marshall, (1930-2015)
David Marshall Jackson, grazier, known as Marshall, died on 18 September 2015. He attended Ararat High School before Enrolment at College from 8 February 1945 to December 1946. His enrolment address was 'Irak', Maroona. At College, he was a member Calvert House, the PFA Committee, the House of Guilds Council, 1946 and Vice-Captain of the 2nd XVIII Football Team.
Marshall Jackson participated in several Ramblers hiking groups led by John Bechervaise. These included the Leven Gorge, Tasmania and the first known European landing on Rodondo Island and its exploration in 1947.
