AGRICULTURE (Subject)

The Geelong College Council meeting of 24 August 1920 determined that a course for those going on land to be advertised in Prospectus.

A Mr Crichton was the first teacher of this subject which included material on soil, fertilisers, irrigation, stock, crops, farm products and surveying. A Local experimental farm was to be used for visits and experimental plots established within the School grounds.
