DRAMA PRIZE

The Drama Prize is a current, annually awarded, academic prize for the VCE Subject 'Drama' and has been awarded as this since 2007.

A 'Drama Prize' for performance had previously been awarded since 1974, however this was usually given to someone who performed with distinction and/or made a contribution to the Drama program and this prize has continued as the renamed 'Dramatic Performance Prize'. A third academic prize for Theatre Studies is also awarded annually.
