ELVINS, Howard Lewis (1881-1936)

Howard Lewis Elvins, born on 29 March 1881 was enrolled at Geelong College on 20 April 1896. He had previously attended a State School in Auburn and his address at enrolment was 25 Edward St Kew.

Pegasus recorded his death in October 1936: 'Howard Lewis Elvins, (1887), died at his home, 25 Edward Street, Kew, on the 27 September.'

His brother, Aleander Lindsay Elvins (1875-1956) was also educated at Geelong College.
