Background
Mrs Watt was born in Red Cliffs near Mildura, attending the Mildura High School and later Melbourne University to complete a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Mathematics and History and a Diploma of Education. Later she completed a graduate Diploma in Curriculum Administration from Rusden State College.
