SOUTER, John Norwood (1925-2011)

John was the son of a Presbyterian Minister, Rev John Alexander Souter and became a boarder at the College from 1939 to 1943. He had previously been to Gisborne State School.
He was a member of the House of Guilds Council from 1941 to 1943, was a member of the 2nd Cricket XI in 1940, a corporal in the Cadet Corps and a School Prefect. In 1942 and 1943.
His brother, Murray Irvine Souter (1923-1980), was also educated at Geelong College.
John Souter died on 9 September 2011.
