TURNER, Robert Burley (1934-2015)

TURNER, Robert Burley (1934-2015)


Robert Burley Turner was enrolled as a boarder by his father, R B Turner from 8 February 1945 to December 1951 after attending Nhill State School. Robert was born on 4 December 1934.

At College, Robert was a member of the 1st Cricket XI in 1951, the 1st Football XVIII in 1950 and 1951, the Athletics Teams of 1949 and 1950, and of the College Cadet Corps Mortar Platoon. He won many of the Under 16 Athletic Championships at School.

Robert died, aged 80 years, on 18 June 2015.
