CAMERON June Violet (1934-2024)

June joined the College Council in 1986, serving for two periods (1986-1989, 1991-2004). Her background was in physiotherapy and working with children with disabilities. She was involved in many aspects of community life, apart from serving on the College Council, Jean served on the Board of Scope. She was also part of the CWA, Friends of the Australian Ballet, Landcare and many other community organisations. Jean and husband Neil (OGC 1942) have five children: Jane (MOC 1973), Sandy (OGC 1973), Simon (OGC 1977), Kate (OGC 1979), and Hamish (OGC 1989).
