BADGER, Hugh Gibson (1921-2011)


Hugh was educated at the College from February 1930 until December 1939. He had previously attended North Geelong State School. At College he was a School Prefect in 1939, a member of the 1st Football XVIII from 1938 to 1939, vice-captain of Calvert House, a corporal in the College Cadet Corps and a member of the Swimming Committee.

Hugh was resident in Rosanna, age 89 years, at the time of his death on 11 January 2011. His brother, Sir Geoffrey Malcolm Badger (1916-2002), was also educated at the College.
