MORRISON HOUSE (Boarding)

MORRISON HOUSE (Boarding)

Morrison House was originally so named when it was established for the House System. At the time, it also functioned in physical terms as a Senior School boarding facility. It was located in various places over the years. In 1972, Morrison House as a boarding facility ceased though the name continued as a House in the House System. When it ceased, the 3rd and 4th formers within Morrison were re-allocated to Mackie and Warrinn. The former Morrison boarding area together with some facilities on the upper floor of the Refectory Block were then used for 6th form accommodation and the members became part of what was known as the Senior Resident’s Group
