MURRAY, Kenneth (1857-1900)

Kenneth Murray son of pastoralist and College supporter, Hugh Murray (1814-1869) and Elizabeth nee Young (1823-1892), and born on 19 May 1857, was enrolled at Geelong College on 5 February 1873.

He is listed in the Annual Report Prize Lists with the following awards:
1873 3rd, History, 3rd Class
1874 3rd, History, 4th Class

He died on 26 November 1900.

His brothers, Andrew Strachan Murray (1847-1930), Augustus Morris Murray (1849-1915), Ernest Murray (1852-1936), Chester Jervis Murray (1855-1940), were also educated at Geelong College.
