Rankin Field is a synthetic hockey and tennis field on the site of the former Preparatory School oval.

Stuart Rankin was the groundsman at the time of its construction and it was named in his honour in 1986.

Rankin Field was converted to a multi-use facility for both hockey and tennis with the installation of synthetic turf in 1997.
