REVIE, Christopher Hugh (1958-2023)
Chris attended the College from 1971, starting in Form I at the Preparatory School. His older brothers also attended the school, Ian (OGC 1966) and Peter (OGC 1968). During his time at the College, he enjoyed playing tennis, was the stroke of the 6th rowing crew and a member of the 1st baseball team. He completed his Leaving and Technical Leaving examinations and left the school in Form V, 1976. Following school, Chris would go on to study joinery, a field he would go on to work in for many years. He was a keen woodworker and made various furniture and other items for family and friends. Golfing was another interest he pursued for many years.
Chris passed away, 26 June 2023, aged 64 years.
