Until the MacRoberts Scorebox was built at the Senior School Main Oval, scoreboards were very minimal as the image from the 1920s shows.

The sturdy, brick, MacRoberts Scorebox named after former Vice-Principal A H MacRoberts was built to serve the Main Oval in 1953. In 2002, it was updated with an electronic scoreboard funded by the Football and Cricket Parents Support Groups and the Old Collegians’ Association.

In 2019, the scoreboard was updated once more and unveiled on Saturday 27 April 2019 before the 1st XVIII Round 1 game with St Kevin's. The upgrade was supported by the Carji Greeves Club.
