SPRIGG, George Gordon (1918-2009)


George Gordon Sprigg briefly attended the College as a boarder from February to April 1933 later attending Ivanhoe Grammar School and Scotch College.

He joined the RAAF on 5 February 1940, initially training as an instructor, but later flew courier aircraft in the south west Pacific. He was discharged from the RAAF on 15 August 1945. He died, age 90 years, on 25 November 2009.
