The Coat-of-Arms Tapestry in Norman Morrison Memorial Hall was created by weaver, Joan Korn in 1991.

It was commissioned by the Senior School Parents’ and Friends’ Association in 1990. The tapestry weighs nearly 9 kilograms, and involved 1,120 hours of dedicated skill and labour. The entire project took almost 2 years from conception to completion. It was presented to the Parents’ and Friends’ at their November 1991 Annual Meeting and later, in December, to the School.

The tapestry was on display on the brick column to the right of the stage in Norman Morrison Hall up until April 2019 when it was moved to the north-eastern stairwell of the Senior School Administration Building, replacing the montage created by Peter Rosson.
